We give Reiki training only once a month...
During our week-long Reiki-1 and 2 trainings, we provide each student ample time to practice giving Reiki sessions to each other.
We also include the students in our regular charity visit programs
whereby we give free Reiki sessions to underprivileged Thais in Hospitals, Rehab Centers, mountain villages plus the Cancer Hostel of the
Northern Cancer Foundation.
In 2010, we started making regular Reiki visits to a nearby dog shelter with around 100 dogs who surely appreciate our Reiki hands...

Reiki is a Japanese spiritual therapy to keep your mind and body healthy.
This Japanese word means Universal Life Force Energy…
This a vital force which permeates all living things.
Reiki is also referred to as the Traditional Usui System of Natural Healing.
Reiki is a deeply relaxing hands-on treatment which uses an energy technique that balances, harmonises and helps to restore your body's self healing.
We place the palms of our hands gently and passively in different positions over or on your body, usually beginning at the head.
Psychologically, a one hour Reiki treatment is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep; this experience alone makes Reiki a very effective stress reliever.
A Reiki Energy Massage is renowned for its effectiveness in treating both long-term and acute illnesses.
A Reiki treatment will help to reduce the roots of your ill-health
and stimulate a great feeling of general well-being.
Reiki sessions are also great as a general tonic or tune-up in times of "normal" health.
We believe that prevention is better than cure and that regular Reiki treatments can act as a safety valve to keep your body in better balance.
Treatments are given to fully clothed clients and by appointment only.
As a start, a minimum of 3 sessions is recommended
to benefit from the deeply relaxing and cumulative advantages…

- A religion, a cult, a sect or an organisation.

I start my day, every day, by saying "Thank You" for all the blessings I received
rather than looking at what I do not have.
When I walk in my garden, I thank the plants for growing, the trees for giving us shade,
the fruits and vegetables for providing our nourishment,
the pond for collecting the rain water for the dry season ...etc.
Reiki is a major tool in creating more love in our heart and lives.
Gratitude comes from a loving heart and vice-versa. It is an unending circle of love.

What do you feel during a Reiki treatment?
Most people feel nothing during the treatment because they have fallen asleep,
but they will wake-up, deeply relaxed and refreshed..
If not sleeping, you may feel a pleasant warmth on and inside the body area that is being treated.
This deeply warming relaxation will enable energy blockages within the body to be released and these can show in many ways: such as a desire to continually swallow, cough or sneeze,
a rumbling stomach or a gentle rush of energy down the legs.
These are great indications that the treatment is working and should not cause any concern.
Reiki for children?
Of course, we also give Reiki for children who respond particularly well
and fast to these deeply relaxing treatments.
The regular Reiki training program is as follows :
Monday : Reiki-1 training 9.00 - 4.30 including lunch
Tuesday : visit to Suanprung Hospital 9.00 - 12.00 including lunch
Afternoon : practice at the Reiki Center
Wednesday : Morning : practice visit to the HDD Rehab center + lunch
Afternoon : practice at the Reiki Center
Thursday Reiki-2 training 9.00 - 4.30 including lunch
Friday Morning : visit to a dog shelter (+ lunch)
Afternoon : practice at the Reiki Center
Saturday Morning : practice visit to the Cancer Hostel 8.30 - 12.30 + lunch
We feel that having so much practice is a nice way to be introduced
to the wonderful world of Reiki energies and to build up your confidence.
Reading: we prefer that you do not do any reading before taking the course
because it is nicer to first "experience" by yourself, rather than create expectations...

They become depleted, stressed, and anxious,
and feel as if they do not control their own lives.
Negative minds can affect our relationships too.
If we are in blame, criticism, judgment, or dislike of others,
we are not in our true heart and we can lose the opportunity
to love another person in the fullest way possible.
We can miss the experience of ourselves as loving human beings.
Decide to focus only on what you love about the people in your relationships.
Reiki and gratitude are powerful tools that can instantly change our thoughts
the moment we focus on our blessings.
A grateful heart is one of the quickest ways to heal mind chatter,
negative thought, and unwanted perceptions.
When you realize the power of your thoughts,
and start to pay attention to them,
you have taken the first step to create change for yourself.”
